Scope

These terms govern the use of the EMAS Logistics website and of the forms it provides: the quote request, the contact form, the job application form and the newsletter subscription.

Status of the information published here

The service information published on this site is provided for information only and does not constitute an offer in the legal sense. The scope of a service, the conditions of performance and the price are agreed individually and confirmed in a separate document.

Quote requests

Submitting a quote request neither concludes a contract of carriage nor places an order. The site does not calculate a rate automatically — every enquiry is reviewed by a member of staff who confirms vehicle availability and the conditions of performance.

You undertake to provide accurate information, in particular about the type, weight and dimensions of the cargo. Those details determine the vehicle assigned and whether the movement can be performed at all.

Shipment tracking

The tracking module shows the status of jobs registered in our system. The information shown is indicative; the transport documents confirming performance remain the binding record.

Job applications

Submitting an application does not oblige either party to enter into any relationship. Documents submitted by candidates are processed solely for recruitment, on the terms set out in the privacy policy.

Technical requirements

Using the site requires a web browser with JavaScript and cookies enabled, and an internet connection. Submitting a job application requires a CV in PDF, DOC or DOCX format not exceeding 8 MB.

Intellectual property

The content, design and software of this site are protected. Copying or redistributing them for commercial purposes without the administrator's consent is not permitted.

Complaints about the website

Issues with the operation of the site can be reported through the contact form. Reports are dealt with within 14 days of receipt.

Changes to these terms

The administrator reserves the right to amend these terms. The date of the most recent revision is shown below.
