What the service covers
Material processing covers the operations performed on a raw material or semi-finished product before it reaches your line: combining, mixing, decanting and preparing batches to set parameters.
We work only to the recipe and parameters you supply. Proportions, sequence and inspection points are agreed before the batch starts and written down — so the batch can be reconstructed later.
Every batch is traceable: we record what went into it and in what quantity. That is the basis for handling a complaint, and the only sensible way to run repeatable contract production.
