What the service covers
Packaging decides whether goods arrive in the condition they left the plant in. We pack and repack products, build pallet units and secure them for transport — from film and edge protectors through to stabilising awkward loads.
Every job starts from a specification: the packaging type, the pattern on the pallet, the height of the unit, the markings and the consignee's requirements. We work to a sample agreed before the batch starts rather than improvising at the first carton.
Where goods arrive in a supplier's bulk packaging and the consignee expects a different format, we repack on site — with no extra movement between plants.

Do you pack to our own sample?
Yes. The sample is agreed before the batch starts and we build the first unit for approval, so corrections do not run through the whole batch.

Do you supply the packaging materials?
We can work with material supplied by you or with material ordered for the job. How it is settled is set out in the quotation.

What happens to items damaged during packing?
They are set aside, documented and reported before the batch closes. We do not pack items that fall outside the specification without your decision.
