What the service covers

On a full truckload the vehicle is assigned to a single consignment. There is no cross-docking, no consolidation and no terminal dwell, so the transit time is shorter and more predictable and the risk of damage is lower. It suits consignments that fill the loading space, or that need a direct lane because of the deadline or the nature of the goods.

Common questions

The questions we get asked most

  1. 01

When does a full load beat groupage?

Usually when the cargo fills more than half a trailer, or when the deadline matters — a full load runs without transhipment.

  2. 02

Does the vehicle carry only my cargo?

Yes. On a full load the space is committed to one job, with nothing picked up along the way.

  3. 03

Can I set the loading time?

Yes. Loading and unloading windows are agreed before the vehicle is allocated and confirmed with both ends of the lane.
